Upon scheduling your appointment with our office you will be asked to provide your email address and/or cell phone number. Three days prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive an email or text message that will allow you to quickly and easily pre-register for your visit us. Please contact our office for further information or assistance. Thank you and we look forward to serving all of your women’s healthcare needs.


In order to reduce your time at registration upon arrival for your visit please take time to complete your pre-visit questionnaire that you will receive via email and/or text message prior to your appointment.  You will still have a brief intake to complete upon arrival, however the pre-registration you complete at home will greatly reduce your time upon check in at our office.

Office Policies


Same Day Appointments are available.  Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours OR if you have a patient portal you can submit a request for an appointment from your portal account.  Our office can be reached at (919) 934-3015, Option 1 then Option 2  Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or Fridays 8:00 am – 1:00 pm.  Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and will make all efforts to accommodate your schedule.

After Hours & Emergency Care

If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week by contacting Johnston Medical Center at  (919) 934-8171.

Labor & Delivery After Hours

If you are one of our current pregnant patients and are in labor, or think you may be in labor, and it is after our normal business hours, please go directly to the nearest Labor and Delivery.  Our providers provide services at UNC Johnston Health of Clayton and Smithfield.

Prescription Renewals

Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours.  Please contact your pharmacy and have them to send the request to our office.  Refills are also completed by having patients request through our Patient Portal.  In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.  Renewals are usually processed within 24 hours.


All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, most major credit cards/debit cards and HSA/HRA cards. If you have additional questions regarding our policies, please contact our office by calling 919-934-3015, Option 1 and then Option 4.
