
A North Carolina native, Amanda Lopez earned her bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and went on to complete her Physician Assistant training at Methodist University. During her clinical training, she completed a rotation at Triangle Premier Women’s Health and also had the opportunity to study abroad in Trujillo, Peru, where she pursued an elective rotation in women’s health—further strengthening her passion for caring for women across diverse communities. Outside of medicine, she is an animal lover and proud mom of four dogs. In her free time, she enjoys staying active and exploring new foods. Amanda is excited for the journey ahead and the opportunity to serve the community she calls home!
