Jodi Bailey M.D. recently completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit. She earned her medical degree in 2009 from Saint Georges University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies.
Dr. Bailey grew up in Wisconsin and has lived in Ohio and Georgia, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree from Berry College in Mount Berry. During her residency, she worked with many patients who had high-risk pregnancies. She is also experienced at performing minimally-invasive procedures with the da Vinci Robotic System, which is currently available at their hospital in Smithfield, NC.
Dr. Bailey and her husband have four children. She has a service dog named Pepper and enjoys spending time with her family, swimming and watching movies. One other unique accomplishment is that she has a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Dr. Bailey and her family live in Clayton, NC.
