COVID 10 update

 

To all our patients,

Both of our office locations are open for all of your women’s healthcare needs.  We thank you for your continued support and cooperation our success would not be possible without you, our wonderful staff, and dedicated providers.

 

It is important that you are aware of our most important policies in order to avoid issues when you arrive for your next visit with us.

  • Please stay home if you are sick.  If you are not feeling well, are COVID +, experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, have come in direct contact with someone that has COVID-19, or have been tested and are waiting on your results- DO NOT come into our office.  Call us and we will make other arrangements for your care.  If you plan to bring a visitor with you, your visitor must also follow these same guidelines.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms or you are concerned that you may have been exposed to COVID-19, please visit urgent care, your primary care provider, or a hospital.  We DO NOT test in our office.  You may also look for a testing site on the NCDHHS website that the public can use to find all testing, free and for a cost, throughout the state: Find My Testing Place | NC COVID-19

We strive to follow safety protocols for the well-being of our patients and staff.  Although you may disagree with our policies, we have these in place because the health of our patients and staff is our top priority.  It takes us all working together to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Update: 10/6 Breastfeeding Basics Class Postponed

Our Breastfeeding Basics class for tomorrow is being postponed until next Wednesday, October 13 @ 6 pm in the Smithfield office location. Feel free to give us a call for more information! We look forward to seeing everyone next Wednesday!

After having to postpone last week’s class due to severe weather, our Breastfeeding Basics Class will now be this Wednesday, September 8th at our Smithfield location beginning at 6 pm.

Update: COVID-19 Office Policy

We are now allowing ONE ADULT visitor with you for your pregnancy ultrasounds. However, we ask that you do not bring children with you. We continue to only allow the patient in for her visit and we ask that you do not bring your children with you to your appointment. There are very limited exclusions for newborns with mom at postpartum visit or for nursing infants, but you should contact the office to clarify before your appointment. Everyone must wear a mask or face covering over your nose and mouth while in our office.
